Los nombres de los modelos por raza no son un indicador de que el bozal se ajuste correctamente.
Solo los bozales de alambre pueden llevar recubrimiento.
El envío de los modelos estándar se realiza en un plazo de 14 días.
Los bozales personalizados tienen un tiempo de fabricación de 3 a 4 semanas y, de acuerdo con el Artículo 103 c) del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 sobre la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, están exentos de devolución y cambio, ya que se trata de productos confeccionados por encargo.
Ajuste
Modelos de razas:
Los nombres de razas sirven solo como referencia. Cada perro tiene una cabeza única, por lo que las medidas individuales son esenciales.
Nuestros bozales están elaborados con gran cuidado; pueden presentar pequeñas variaciones de forma dentro de una misma talla. Las medidas indicadas corresponden a las dimensiones internas, con una tolerancia de ±0,5 cm.
Para garantizar comodidad y un buen jadeo, sigue estas recomendaciones:
- Circunferencia: añade 40–50 % a la medida tomada.
- Longitud: añade 0,5–1,5 cm para perros pequeños/medianos y hasta 2 cm para perros grandes.
Notas importantes:
- No dejes a tu perro sin supervisión mientras lleva el bozal.
- Revisa regularmente su estado.
- Los bozales adaptados individualmente no se pueden cambiar.

Breed names are for reference only. Each dog has a unique head, so individual measurements are essential.
Our muzzles are made with great care; they may show slight variations in shape within the same size. The indicated measurements correspond to the internal dimensions, with a tolerance of ±0.5 cm.
To ensure comfort and good panting, please follow these recommendations:
- Circumference: add 40–50% to the measured value.
- Length: add 0.5–1.5 cm for small/medium dogs and up to 2 cm for large dogs.

Yes, of course! Regardless of whether you bought the muzzle from one of our authorized dealers or elsewhere, we will give any muzzle a new look. The processing time is usually 4-6 weeks. Please note that for a powder coating, a new strap and new nose padding are required. If you do not choose these additional options, you will receive the muzzle as a raw piece and will have to take care of the attachment and purchase of new straps yourself.
It's very simple to explain: we are a young company. In order to offer a wide selection of models from different manufacturers, while maintaining our own quality standards, we currently focus a large part of our offer on made-to-order products.
Permanently maintaining such a wide assortment would require significant storage capacity and a considerable logistics structure. As our company continues to grow and consolidate, we will gradually expand our available stock. WE GROW TOGETHER.
In this initial phase, our permanent assortment will focus especially on breeds such as Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, and others similar.
Additionally, from the very beginning, we work with specialized distributors. For us, customer service is a priority. Since we know exactly which models each distributor has ordered, we can tell you which point of sale to go to if you urgently need a muzzle and cannot wait.
However, please note that not all of our distributors have an online store or offer shipping.
Muzzles can be returned without any modifications or adjustments, provided they are in their original condition and show no signs of use. Muzzles that are bent or show visible wear on the nose pad are excluded from return. A practical tip: use cling film to protect the nose pad and straps during the trial!
Please note that all custom-made products, such as powder coatings, strap modifications, or nose pads, are excluded from return. This information is also stated in our shop.
We recommend ordering between 2 and 5 models, as each dog's head is different and has individual needs. The muzzle that fits best will be kept, and the others returned to us. After verifying that they are in perfect condition, you will be refunded. This is also possible with a discounted pre-order. The muzzles will be sent in a single package, as soon as all models are available. Advantage: you can calmly try on the muzzles at home, take photos, and send them to us by email. We will give you a response within 48 hours indicating which muzzle fits best, or, in most cases, we can identify from the images what modifications are necessary for a perfect fit.
